Easy restortion

Starts, runs, & drives well
Original Sirocco roll bar
The tractor has had quite a bit of money spent on it already with a new nosecone, lights, light switch, engine stop cable and a new exhaust to be fitted. So would be a brilliant candidate for a very easy restoration as there is very little left to do apart from paintwork.
It is an exceptionally quick starter which is rare for a Dexta, requiring no heat and firing straight up. This Dexta runs and drives very well too. It doesn’t smoke and doesn’t leak any engine oil. However, the block has been repaired in the past but does not leak and has no effect to the tractor at all.
Originally supplied by “Mann Egerton” from Bury St.Edmunds, Suffolk with the original brass dealer plate still fitted. This is a very early example of a Fordson Dexta manufactured in 1958 so the first year of production for the model. It has lots of rare early features like the domed steering wheel nut and metal high low stick without a knob.
